Years ago I quit chasing happiness or the perfect life scenario. That is a highly unrealistic goal to have. I take each day as it comes. I enjoy the good times and I manage through the bad times. If I am taking care of my self physically and emotionally I will be in a much better position to handle either.
YOU are capable of amazing things. It's as simple as that. Will the goal or dream you want to achieve be easy to attain? I don't know. The only way either of us will know is if you put forth effort to achieve it. And here is the real tricky thing.
